Job summary

Lori’s Gifts is seeking a Sales Associate to join our hospital-community focused team. The role involves delivering warm, attentive customer service and maintaining a clean, well-stocked sales floor across our many locations.

Responsibilities include handling POS transactions, following merchandising guidelines, and opening/closing the store as scheduled. The role requires 18+ and a readiness for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with emphasis on attendance and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular and predictable attendance is required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service with warmth and attentiveness.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor.
• Operate the POS system for cash and card transactions.
• Follow merchandising and promotional guidelines.
• Open and close the store independently when scheduled.
