Job summary

• Administers PT treatment per the plan of care and collaborates with the Physical Therapist.
• Documents progress and updates treatment goals with the supervising PT.
• Communicates treatment results and patient progress to the care team; supports discharge planning.
• Involves patient and family in decision-making and provides education to patient, family, and interdisciplinary team.
