Qualifications

• MINIMUM EDUCATION: Graduate of an accredited program with a Certificate or Associates Degree in Physical Therapy Assistant.
• REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: One year of experience as a physical therapy assistant in a healthcare setting.
• REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE: Current License as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the State of Arizona. CPR.
