Job summary

Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Center in Houston is seeking a Nutrition Assistant to support high-quality patient meals and safe food service. Qualifications

• One year of Food Service or Customer Service experience.
• Food Handler Permit: TX, within 30 days or
• Servsafe Certification, within 30 days.
• High School graduate or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver meal trays per menu and dietary needs.
• Assist with food preparation and maintain cleanliness.
• Ensure food safety, proper labeling, and accurate portioning.
• Interact with patients regarding dietary needs and preferences.
