• Participate in and support all aspects of healthcare foodservice operations.
• Provide optimal nutritional care to patients together with facility staff.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service to patients, guests, and staff.
• Follow healthcare foodservice industry standards and regulations, including monitoring food temperatures and hygiene.
• Maintain labeling and storage protocols for all food products and equipment.
• Prepare and serve food according to menu and dietary requirements.
• Ensure high-quality customer experience with proper meal portioning and presentation.
• Perform operational tasks including cashiering, retail service, cold food preparation, and patient tray delivery and retrieval.
• Complete utility and maintenance tasks such as dishwashing, catering support, inventory management and cleaning.
