Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and escorts them to exam rooms in a professional manner
• Assist with procedures under supervision of MD/NP/PA, including minor procedures and wound care
• Takes vital signs and documents accordingly
• Support administrative team with scheduling, filing, answering phones, and processing orders
• Coordinate room rotations and assist with test results follow-up as directed
• Maintain instruments and comply with infection control guidelines
• Communicate patient information to nurses/providers clearly
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative and patient-centered environment
