Job summary

You will also manage staffing needs across departments, ensuring units are adequately staffed and operations run smoothly, balancing care needs with resource availability.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years in office or healthcare environment required.
• Experience with staffing or bed management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inpatient bed placement across the THR enterprise to ensure patient flow.
• Collaborate with nursing, admissions and clinical teams for timely patient placements.
• Coordinate and manage staffing needs across departments to maintain adequate coverage.
• Utilize bed management systems to address conflicts and optimize resources.
• Handle calls and notifications to physicians, patients and nursing administration.
