Job summary

Northwestern Medicine seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to provide direct patient care within our system in Illinois. You will maintain patient plans of care through collaboration with PTs/PTAs, communicate effectively with patients and staff, and ensure timely documentation in the EMR to support treatment outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in State of Illinois.
• BLS from American Heart Association upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a role model for therapists and clinical interns in professional and clinical activities.

• Adheres to documentation in EMR; completes daily notes reflecting patient progress.
• Participates in educational efforts, internal/external marketing, and professional development.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
