Pony Express - Eagle Mountain is hiring a Front Office Associate to be the first point of contact for patients. You will welcome patients, manage check-in/check-out, schedule appointments, verify insurance, answer phones, and maintain an organized front desk in a friendly, professional environment.

Pay ranges from $19 to $22 per hour, with benefits including paid holidays, PTO, 401(k), health and vision insurance, employer-paid dental, life insurance, and more.

Qualifications

• Experience in a dental or medical front office setting preferred.
• Comfortable with dental practice software and multitasking.
• Friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented with the ability to consistently provide positive first impressions.
