Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in healthcare setting preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Insurance knowledge including ICD-10, managed care, and billing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and collect the financial responsibilities of our patients.
• Keep patients’ insurance benefits up to date in OncoEMR and Centricity.
• View the patients’ services for diagnosis and insurance coverage appropriateness.
• Performs the daily tasks of Managed Care and Patient Financial Navigator.
