Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interviews discharged patients unable to pay bills and reviews eligibility for programs.
• Assists in determining eligibility for hospital-based assistance and charity care.
• Explains insurance coverage and deposits, and arranges payment plans.
• Documents assessments and coordinates with Patient Financial Services and physicians.
