The role emphasizes fast-learning, confident communication, and adaptability in a patient-centered environment. Full-time schedule typically 8am-5pm, with benefits and a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional experience.
• Strong communication and decisive, solutions-oriented approach.
• High attention to detail and ability to stay organized.
• Ability to quickly learn protocols, systems, and clinical workflows.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an excellent patient experience in clinic.
• Ensure visits are completed accurately and efficiently, with adherence to protocols.
• Support patient recruitment, screening, and enrollment with follow-through.
• Guide patients through the study journey to ensure attendance.
• Enter clinical and visit data accurately into required systems.
• Provide clear, timely communication with patients, physicians, and stakeholders.
