DelRicht Research is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator who thrives on patient care and fast-paced clinical trial work. This role is onsite in Gulfport, MS, with a focus on guiding patients through visits, data entry, and protocol adherence.

You’ll work closely with clinical teams to ensure a positive patient experience, accurate data capture, and effective communication. Prior healthcare or customer service experience is valuable; no prior research is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional experience.
• B.S or B.A from any accredited university.
• Strong communication, sound judgment, and a decisive, solutions-oriented approach to fast-moving or uncertain situations.
• A collaborative, patient-focused mindset.
• Comfort working onsite in Gulfport, Mississippi during core business hours (8am-5pm).
• Coffee drinkers preferred; tea drinkers accepted.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality patient care and a positive experience for clinical trial participants.
• Ensure patient visits are completed accurately and efficiently per trial protocols.
• Support recruitment, screening, and enrollment activities with follow-through.
• Guide patients through the study journey to help ensure attendance of required visits.
• Enter clinical and visit data timely and accurately into required systems and documentation platforms.
• Maintain clear, timely communication with patients, physicians, and stakeholders.

Our Clinical Research Coordinators provide quality patient care and a great experience for our clinical research participants. Overall, the Coordinator will ensure:

• Patients have a positive, professional, and comfortable experience throughout their time in our clinic
• Patient visits are completed accurately and efficiently, with close adherence to clinical trial protocols and site expectations
• Patient recruitment, screening, and enrollment activities are supported with a strong focus on follow-through
• Patients are guided through the study journey to help ensure they attend and complete required visits
• Clinical and visit data are entered timely and accurately into required systems and documentation platforms
• Patients, physicians, and other stakeholders receive clear, timely communication

Job Type: Full-Time 40+ hrs

Working Location: On-Site in Gulfport, Mississippi (please note: priority is given to local candidates)

Base Salary: $50,000-$55,000

Total Annual Compensation Potential: through the Quarterly Bonus Plan, annual earnings are estimated at $55,000-$65,000. Total compensation is not guaranteed pay; bonuses are earned quarterly dependent upon performance and productivity.
