Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ year of customer-facing or patient-facing experience.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while staying organized.
• Comfortable communicating on the phone with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, professional first impression for patients, visitors, and referral sources.
• Manage front desk operations including check-in/check-out, scheduling, insurance verification, and phone calls.
• Review referrals, update patient records, and explain next steps.
• Keep patient flow by confirming appointments, waitlists, cancellations, and follow-ups.
• Collect copays and other payments accurately, including basic reconciliation.
• Uphold HIPAA standards in front desk interactions and documentation.
