Mercy in Rogers, AR seeks a Patient Ambassador to provide patient-focused support across food services, linen, laundry, housekeeping and supply management. You will deliver meals to patient rooms, assist with meal orders via CBORD, and follow dietary protocols.

This entry-level role requires strong English communication, a desire to learn, and alignment with Mercy Service Standards. Mercy offers benefits and a collaborative team environment.

Formación

• Must obtain Food Handlers certification within 90 days.
• Effective English communication, both spoken and written.
• Interest in learning and growing in the department.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver and recover patient meals to designated rooms or nursing unit.
• Assist with meal order entry via CBORD while following dietary protocols.
• Assist with inventory and stocking of supplies in patient support areas.
• Perform make-ready duties for meal carts and tabletop items.
