Job summary

The role works with the Senior Patient Relations Coordinator and cross-functional teams to document formal responses, ensuring alignment with regulatory responsibilities.

The position requires strong customer service within healthcare, a high school diploma, and ideally a Patient Advocacy certificate.

Qualifications

• Customer Service experience within a healthcare-related, complex organization.
• High School Diploma is required.
• Certificate in Patient Advocacy is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for unsolicited feedback including compliments, complaints, and concerns.
• Receive and respond to feedback via calls, emails, mail, and online submissions.
• Counsel and coordinate with departments to craft responses to feedback and grievances.
• Document feedback accurately in appropriate databases and share with stakeholders.
• Communicate timelines and ensure compliant event closure per policy and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with finance and risk/legal teams on billing-related feedback when needed.
