Job summary

Grady Health System in Atlanta is seeking a Patient & Family Experience Manager to lead the Patient Experience Department, overseeing representatives and coaches, handling complaints in line with CMS and Joint Commission standards. You will translate feedback into action and drive patient satisfaction across care teams.

The role partners with clinical and operational leaders, analyzes survey data from Press Ganey, and leads initiatives to improve the patient and family experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Nursing, Public Health, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of healthcare or patient experience.
• Proven leadership experience and knowledge of regulatory compliance and grievance management.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for the Patient & Family Experience Department.
• Oversee daily operations of the Patient Experience Representatives and Patient Experience Coaches.
• Analyze data from Press Ganey surveys and patient feedback to identify trends.
• Partner with clinical and operational leaders to implement improvements across the continuum of care.
