Qualifications

• Knowledge / Skills / Abilities: Understand growth/development principles for diverse patient populations; operate standard office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities of assigned teammates.
• Orient new teammates and provide ongoing training and assessment of staff; train volunteers as appropriate.
• Participate in regular staff meetings and huddle meetings.
• Provide courteous information to patients, healthcare team members, and hospital guests; respond to complaints.
• Assist guests with directions and location of hospital amenities.
• Explain policies and promote open communication; respond to emergencies as directed.
• Collect data and documentation to improve customer service; help with policy/procedure changes.
• Record and submit all documentation/statistical reports for services provided.
• Maintain PHI access per job level and need-to-know basis.
