Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator (we call it Patient Coordinator) to join our team. You will deliver outstanding patient service, help schedule and confirm appointments, organize charts, and assist with insurance verification and payments in a supportive, training-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• Excellent time management.

• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
