Job summary

Fast Pace Health is looking for a Patient Care Specialist in Fayetteville, TN to support effective patient care through administrative tasks under the supervision of medical professionals. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, at least one year of customer service experience, and basic PC skills. Responsibilities include assisting with patient flow and supporting new employee training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with current CPR license and at least 1 year of customer experience, preferably in urgent care.
• Experience in billing and coding for levels 2 and 3, with intermediate computer skills including typing 70-100 words per minute.
• Intermediate skills in Excel including basic formulas and v lookup.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and discharge all patients with high-level customer service.
• Collect and input patient demographics and financial information accurately.
• Verify and update patient insurance information at registration time.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office and reception area.
