• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly, on the phone and in person.
• Schedule appointments, prior authorizations, insurance verifications and co-pays.
• Assist with referrals, insurance verification, and patient follow-up.
• Keep the front office running smoothly and ensure patients leave with a smile.
