Qualifications

• Req High school or equivalent.
• Req 1 year in customer service (preferably in a healthcare facility).
• Req Excellent public relations.
• Req Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets colleagues, patients, families and visitors per KNOWN Service Standards.
• Provide concierge services including directions, lodging, transportation, restaurants, and personal concierge tasks.
• Distribute pagers and escort patients and families; assist with wheelchair escorting as needed.
• Perform hourly lobby rounds and keep public spaces clean and welcoming.
• Coordinate information flow between physicians, surgical staff and patient families.
• Report issues to security and alert departments as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
