WHAT TO EXPECT AS A PATIENT EXPERIENCE AND DIGITAL MARKET ASSISTANT

This is a full-time position with the following schedule:

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 1:30 PM & 2:40 PM – 7:00 PM
• Tuesday: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 12:30 PM & 2:40 PM – 6:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:30 AM – 12:30 PM & 2:40 PM – 7:00 PM

You'll primarily work out of our Wauwatosa location, with occasional shifts in Oak Creek and Delafield.

As our Patient Experience and Digital Market Assistant at Connect Chiropractic, you will enhance our digital presence and in-office experience. Your role involves creating engaging content for social media platforms and managing organic and paid campaigns to attract new patients. You'll also ensure a welcoming atmosphere for new patients, assisting with appointments and supporting their journeys. Additionally, you'll lead internal marketing efforts, promote office campaigns, encourage Google reviews, and foster patient referrals, directly contributing to our practice's success and patient well-being.
