Job summary

Responsibilities

• Completes patient interviews and ensures quality meals are prepared and served.
• Responds to patient concerns and works with staff to resolve issues.
• Documents patient services initiatives and maintains department visuals.
• Supports hospitality staff as needed and coordinates with dietitians and nurses.
