Job summary

Stormont Vail Health is seeking an Experience Coordinator to improve patient experience and coordinate complaint and grievance processes across departments. You will manage patient communications from multiple access points, document outcomes, and drive proactive service improvements with frontline teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a health-related field and at least 3 years in healthcare or customer service, with strong written and interpersonal skills to handle emotionally charged

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree health related field required.
• 3 years healthcare, customer services or related experience preferred.
• Strong written communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Stormont Vail departments to enhance patient experience.
• Receive, track and document patient communications into the grievance system.
• Follow up with patients to exceed expectations in resolution of concerns.
• Collaborate with frontline staff to plan, design and implement experience improvements.
• Lead proactive education and training to reduce issues and improve service.
• Maintain awareness of regulatory standards and HIPAA requirements.
