Job summary

Miller's Health Systems in Indiana is seeking a Life Enrichment - Activities Assistant to support patient well-being and satisfaction. You will plan and execute activities, visit patients one-on-one, and coordinate with volunteers to enrich daily life within the facility.

The ideal candidate communicates well, holds a valid driver’s license, and presents professionally. Part-time schedule is 9am–4pm, 10–16 hours per week, with a pay rate of $12.50–$13.25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Successfully complete pre-employment process and screening.
• Able to pass physical examination given in behalf of gainful employment within the facility.
• Satisfactorily pass through required orientation and training.
• Be able to follow written and/or verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute activities to enrich the lives of patients within the facility.
• Make one-on-one visits with patients and encourage participation in activities.
• Interact with volunteers and transport patients to events as needed.
