Job summary

Miller's Health Systems is seeking a Life Enrichment - Activities Assistant to support patient well-being by planning and delivering engaging activities. You will visit patients one-on-one, encourage participation, and collaborate with volunteers to create meaningful experiences within the facility.

This part-time role requires strong communication, a valid driver’s license, and a professional appearance. Pre-employment screening and on-site orientation are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare/patient activities preferred.
• Good communication skills required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Professional appearance and conduct required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Live Enrichment Director in planning and executing activities to enrich patients’ lives.
• Make one-on-one visits with patients and encourage participation in activities.
• Coordinate with volunteers and staff to support programs.
• Transport patients to scheduled events away from the facility when needed.
