Are you passionate about connecting people with healthcare services that improve their lives? Join our team as a Patient Engagement Specialist, where you’ll work directly with patients to support preventive care, promote wellness, and enhance the overall patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Schedule post-hospital follow-up appointments and preventive health screenings
  2. Build and maintain professional relationships with office points of contact
  3. Coordinate transportation and complete Health Engagement Interviews (HEIs)
  4. Educate patients on ilumed benefits and care resources
  5. Identify dual-eligible patients and address care disparities
  6. Conduct patient outreach calls to encourage participation in wellness programs
  7. Navigate multiple systems and applications simultaneously (EMRs, Excel, Teams, etc.)

Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • Fluent in Korean and English
  • 2+ years in healthcare customer service or call center experience
  • Phone communication experience (required)
  • EMR system experience (preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Detail-oriented, HIPAA and PHI compliant
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently

  • EMR systems and HIE platforms
  • Uber Health, Uno Health, Excel
