Job Description

We are looking for passionate healthcare professionals eager to make a positive impact. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will be vital in patient outreach, engagement, and medication-related services. This role requires professional judgment, ongoing healthcare training, and strong pharmaceutical knowledge. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct patient outreach and manage inbound calls to engage patients in services like medication synchronization, reconciliation, clinical interviews, and MTM, coordinating with pharmacists as needed.
  • Provide services tailored to client needs, including MTM vendors, health plans, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, PBMs, and tech companies.
  • Interpret and document communications professionally, including faxes and other messages.
  • Work remotely using secure access technology.
  • Maintain a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, typically between 9 am and 7 pm EST, with flexibility as needed.

Requirements
  • Current state-issued Pharmacy Technician registration, certification, or licensure.
  • National Certification (PTCB or NHA) preferred.
  • 2+ years of community pharmacy experience preferred.
  • Availability to work 40 hours during operational hours, Monday to Friday.
  • Sales or call center experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills to build rapport telephonically.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual setting.
  • Ability to handle confidential information securely.
  • Experience with Medication Therapy Management and medication reconciliation is preferred.
  • Proficient typing skills, 50+ words per minute preferred.
