The Role

The Patient Engagement and Enrollment Specialist is crucial in the clinical trial process. You will be the face of the company and the first contact for many patients. Some may be nervous or have questions about participating; your job is to guide them and make them comfortable.

Daily tasks include contacting, screening, and scheduling potential patients for research studies. You will work in a busy clinic and also engage with the community through events and initiatives. You will confirm interest, ask qualifying questions, and schedule patients to start trials.
