Job summary

Memorial Hospital Belleville and Memorial Hospital Shiloh are seeking a Patient Dining Associate to perform patient meal service on assigned units. You will assist with menu selections, tray assembly, and nourishment delivery, coordinating with nursing staff for diet orders.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, no experience is necessary, and benefits are provided. The position is full-time, 40 hours weekly, with shifts from 6:30am to 3:00pm, and some evenings may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• No prior experience required.
• Ability to perform patient meal service duties.

Responsibilities

• Delivers patient meals to assigned areas, documents meals and calorie intake and rounds on patients in accordance to department expectations.
• Assembles meal trays and menus in accordance to guidelines.
• Communicates patient diets, delivery of meals and special requests with patient care team.
• Maintains an organized and stocked galley.
