Discovery Behavioral Health in Houston, TX is seeking a Food Service Technician to perform dishwashing, serving, food prep, and janitorial duties within the dietary department. You will help ensure patients have an overall pleasant dining experience.

Your role includes following food safety guidelines, maintaining cleanliness, stocking serving areas, and assisting with special functions as needed. On-call position with schedule as needed; compensation ranges $15-$17 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED completed.
• Experience in food service or hospital dietary settings preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills.
