Job summary

Discovery Mood & Anxiety is seeking a Part-Time Food Service Technician in Orange, CA. The role focuses on dishwashing, serving, food prep, and janitorial duties to provide an exemplary dining experience for patients.

Responsibilities include preparing meals, serving and stocking, maintaining clean dining and kitchen areas, and following HACCP procedures. Schedule is Friday and Saturday 6am-2:30pm, on-site.location Orange, CA.

Qualifications

• Graduates of High School or GED completed.
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow food safety and infection control guidelines.
• Serve patients, staff and guests; keep service line stocked and organized.
• Prep meals as assigned and follow recipes and specifications.
• Stock shelves, receive orders, and rotate/ refrigerate foods.
• Maintain clean dish and dining areas and report low stock to Dietary lead.
