Job summary

CHSGa is seeking a dedicated dietary aide to support meal preparation and dining services for patients in our facility. You will help cooks, deliver meals, and ensure a clean, safe dining environment in compliance with infection control and safety standards.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to follow standardized recipes and dietary orders. Full-time, day and evening shifts with benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient reading/writing English.
• Ability to follow safety and procedural guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist cook in preparing desserts or snacks for patients.
• Carry trays to patients on halls and deliver meals.
• Clean tables in the dining area after each meal.
• Assist with salads, desserts, and beverage service.
• Prepare between-meal nourishments and keep work areas clean.
• Follow infection control policies and maintain kitchen sanitation.
