Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Food Service Worker in the Food and Nutrition Services team at Bethesda East, full-time, 7A-7:30P. The role supports patient meals, stock delivery to patient floors, and dining area service in a hospital setting.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, Food Safety certification within 90 days, and excellent customer service. Pay ranges from $16.00 to $18.38 per hour, with opportunity for growth and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, assemble and deliver patient meals according to standards.
• Deliver stock supplies to patient floor kitchens.
• Serve guests and maintain positive guest relations.
• Replenish used foods and supplies as needed.
• Complete sanitation duties and dish room tasks.
• Collect payments for guest trays and handle cafeteria transactions.
• Set up and serve meals for corporate dining outlets and events.
• Decorate buffet and reception tables as assigned.
