Job summary

Barnes-Jewish West County Hospital is seeking a Patient Dining Associate to join our Dietary department. You will provide a reassuring presence while preparing trays and delivering patient meals.

This is a part-time role (24 hours/week), 11:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., weekends and holidays. Benefits eligible and requires direct patient interaction along with a High School Diploma or GED. Join a team dedicated to compassionate care and the patient experience.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers patient meals to assigned areas, documents meals and calorie intake and rounds on patients.
• Assembles meal trays and menus in accordance to guidelines.
• Communicates patient diets, delivery of meals and special requests with patient care team.
• Maintains an organized and stocked galley.
