Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring for a temporary Patient Dining Associate (Dietary Aide) at SP Barnes Jewish Medical Center in Saint Peters, MO. You will assist patients with menu selections, assemble and deliver meals, and help ensure accuracy and timeliness of service.

The schedule is temporary with 12-hour shifts; pay ranges from $17.50 to $19.00 per hour. Prior customer service and food service experience is required; this is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity.

Formación

• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds, as well as maneuver and push food delivery carts.

Responsabilidades

• Help patients understand their menu selections and ensure orders meet nutritional requirements.
• Determine menu alternatives for allergies, sensitivities, and cultural preferences.
• Manage tray tickets and assemble meals according to patient selections; retrieve trays on schedule.
• Comply with HIPAA and confidentiality policies.
• Follow HACCP guidelines and maintain sanitation of work stations and tray line.
• Assist dietitians and communicate problems or concerns to appropriate staff.
• Complete daily/weekly/monthly reports as required.
