• We are hiring immediately for part-time PATIENT DINING ASSOCIATE - DIETARY AIDE positions.
• Location: Marshfield Medical Center Weston - 3400 Ministry Parkway, Schofield, WI 54476. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Part-time; open availability preferred. Hours and days may vary, including alternating weekends and holidays; more details upon interview.
• Requirement: Previous patient dining experience is preferred but not required. Willing to train!

Job Summary

Patient Dining Associates work on healthcare units, assisting patients with menu selections, assembling, delivering, and retrieving meal trays. They contribute to patient safety and satisfaction by ensuring meals are accurate, and served at the right time and temperature.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist patients with menu understanding, ensuring orders meet nutritional needs.
• Coordinate with caregivers and culinary team for dietary restrictions and preferences.
• Manage tray tickets, assemble meals, and retrieve trays timely and accurately.
• Comply with regulatory standards and confidentiality policies (HIPAA).
• Follow HACCP guidelines for food handling and sanitation.
• Assist dietitians with monitoring patients on special diets.
• Communicate concerns promptly to appropriate personnel.
• Complete required reports per policies.
• Adhere to health and sanitation regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
