Morrison Healthcare is hiring immediately for a part-time Patient Dining Associate/Dietary Aide position at Prisma Health Greer, located at 830 South Buncombe Road, Greer, SC 29650. Online applications are accepted only.

Pay Range: $17.00 to $22.29 per hour.

Job Summary

Patient Dining Associates work on healthcare units, assisting patients with menu selections, assembling, delivering, and retrieving meal trays. They are vital to ensuring patient safety and satisfaction by delivering accurate meals at the right time and temperature.

Essential Duties:

• Assist patients with menu choices, ensuring nutritional requirements are met.
• Coordinate with caregivers and culinary staff to accommodate allergies, sensitivities, and preferences.
• Manage tray tickets, assemble meals, and retrieve trays timely.
• Comply with regulatory standards, confidentiality, and HIPAA policies.
• Follow HACCP guidelines for food handling and sanitation.
• Assist dietitians with monitoring patients on special diets.
• Report problems or concerns promptly.
• Complete required reports and adhere to sanitation regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to read, write, and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds and maneuver food carts.
