Job summary

Select Medical in Pensacola, FL is seeking a Food Service Aide/Dietary Aide to join our hospital team. You will perform patient food services, dining room service, and dish room duties, ensuring timely, high-quality meals for patients, families, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient food services, dining room, and dish room duties.

• Complete all shift procedures without compromising quality.
• Volunteer to assist in other kitchen areas when needed.

Position: Food Service Aide/ Dietary Aide

Location: Pensacola, FL

Schedule: Full-Time

Pay rate: $15.50 - $18.90 per hour depending on years of experience

Previous healthcare food service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• You will perform a variety of patient food services, dining room services and dish room services.
• You will be an integral part of the food preparations, serving of the prepared food to patients, families, staff and visitors and assisting in clean up.
• Being timely and efficient when preparing food.
• Providing high quality food preparation and service.
• Completing all procedures scheduled during the shift without compromising the quality of work.
• Volunteering to help in other areas of the kitchen when necessary.
• Operating equipment and performing related duties in a safe manner
