Job summary

Valley View Hospital in Glenwood Springs, CO is seeking a Patient Dining Associate to join the Culinary team. You will assist with patient meals, tray assembly, cafeteria service and catering support, while upholding safety and cleanliness standards.

Starting pay is $21.00/hour with a $2.25/hour weekend differential for eligible hours. Full-time staff may receive a $500 sign-on bonus after 30 days and another $500 after six months, plus a $300/month bonus after six months for six months.

• Sign on bonus: $500 after 30 days worked ( full-time only)
• $500 when reaching your 6-month mark of employment with VVH ( Full-time only)

GENERAL OBJECTIVES:

Performs a variety of patient, cafeteria and catering services functions that may include patient’s visits, tray assembly, distribution and collection of trays, general sanitation, and cleaning of kitchen equipment and storage areas

QUALIFICATIONS:

Skills:

• Must speak English
• High School diploma or GED required.

Experience:

• Two Years Food service experience preferred

SALARY RANGE

• Starting at $21.00/hour.
• Entry salary dependent upon education, skill set, and experience.
• $2.25/hour weekend differential when working 5 or more continuous hours between 7pm on Friday and 7am on Sunday.
• Sign on bonus: $500 on your first paycheck! ( Full-time only)
• $500 when reaching your 6-month mark of employment with VVH (Full-time only)
• Monthly bonus starting at 6 months of employment: $300/ month for 6 months! ( Pro-rated by FTE)
