Southeast Health is seeking a culinary associate to prepare and portion salads, gelatins, and cold foods according to patient and dining room requirements. You will interpret production sheets to plan food quantities, following standardized recipes to ensure accurate meals for regular and modified diet orders.

Responsibilities include stocking and serving meals in the cafeteria and associated lounges, maintaining professionalism, and working with colleagues to meet time-sensitive meal service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Some training/background in customer service helpful.
• Ability to read, write and follow instructions in English.

Responsabilités

• Follow standardized recipes to achieve required production.
• Stock and serve food to customers in cafeteria, doctors lounge and other areas.
