A remote healthcare company is seeking a Patient Customer Service Specialist to provide exceptional customer service while handling medical payment inquiries. This part-time or full-time role offers the flexibility of working from home, with training required during weekdays. Ideal candidates will have experience in customer service and knowledge of the healthcare revenue cycle. Applicants must be located in Wisconsin, Michigan, or Iowa.
The Patient Customer Service Specialist is a Part Time or full time remote role that provides ridiculously nice customer service over the phone while gathering payments for medical expenses, offering solutions and negotiating repayment terms that balance the needs the of patients, clients, and the business.
Candidates must be able to train Monday-Friday 11:00am-3:00pm CST for approximately 4-5 weeks. This role is offered as a work from home role if desired but can also be performed from our home office in Manitowoc, WI. Individuals who work from home are required to reside in the following states: Wisconsin, Michigan, and Iowa.
