Worcester Dental Arts is looking for a Patient Coordinator. The Patient Coordinator is an integral part of a team that delivers clinical excellence and best in class service to each patient, every time to create healthier smiles every day. Previous dental office experience is preferred for this position.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Providing exceptional Customer Service Skills!
  • Greeting all patients with a warm and friendly smile
  • Checking patients in and out for appointments
  • Scheduling appointments for patients
  • Answering phones with enthusiasm
  • Picking up and organizing mail to and from office
  • Assisting with patient billing processing and questions
  • Organizing and filing all paperwork generated by the clinic
  • Assisting clinic with seating patients and coordinating patient flow
  • Keeping reception area clean and orderly at all times
  • Checking and verifying patients' insurance
  • Taking part in company marketing events and responsibilities
  • Other duties as assigned by the manager
