Schweiger Dermatology Group is seeking a Full-Time Patient Coordinator for the Nutley office to manage front office duties, assist patients, providers, and staff, and ensure smooth daily operations. Healthcare experience is required and EMR familiarity is preferred.
Responsibilities include answering calls, scheduling tasks, maintaining a welcoming environment, understanding provider flow, stocking supplies, and participating in ongoing training. Open weekday/weekend availability is expected.

Job Summary: Full-Time Patient Coordinator at our Nutley Office. The Patient Coordinator executes all front office duties and provides support to patients, providers, and support staff. Previous healthcare experience is required.
Schedule: Full time, 30+ hours. Availability Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays within operating hours of 7am-7pm. Open Flexibility to help cover in a team environment is needed.
