Dental Health Associates of Madison is seeking a Patient Coordinator for our Fitchburg South Clinic. You will be the first point of contact, greeting patients, coordinating check-in/check-out, and ensuring a welcoming, efficient visit.

You will manage front desk tasks, verify insurance, handle payments, maintain records, and support the dental team to deliver exceptional care. This in-person role offers daytime hours and opportunities for growth within a doctor-owned practice.

Position Overview

As a Patient Coordinator at Dental Health Associates (DHA), you'll be the first point of contact for patients, providing them with a welcoming, professional, and efficient experience.
