Job summary

Medi-Weightloss seeks a proactive front desk professional to greet patients, manage check‑ins, payments, and scheduling in a fast‑paced clinic. You will drive a welcoming first impression and ensure every encounter is documented accurately.

You’ll engage with patients to discuss services, handle calls, and guide them toward appointments and product options while maintaining a smooth, efficient flow throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Experience in a clinic or fast-paced front desk role.
• Strong phone skills and a friendly, confident voice.
• Ability to learn new software quickly and accurately.
• Detail oriented with precise record-keeping and follow‑through.
• Self‑driven, accountable, and customer‑focused.

Responsibilities

• Open the clinic, prep forms, check supplies, and ensure everything is ready for the first patient.
• Be the front desk face: check in patients, collect payments, and communicate balances in real time.
• Manage calls and appointments: confirm visits, address no-shows, and follow up on leads weekly.
• Keep the schedule full by rescheduling, booking midweek injections, and preventing gaps.
• Educate patients on services and products, including injections, vitamins, shakes, and supplements.
• Close the day by reconciling payments, counting cash, submitting claims, and prepping for tomorrow.
• Encourage Google reviews at appropriate milestones and successful visits.

WHAT YOUR DAY ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE

• You open the clinic and set the tone - scrub the schedule, prep encounter forms, check supplies, and make sure everything is ready before the first patient walks in
• You're the face of the front desk - checking patients in, completing assessments, collecting payments, and communicating balances in real time
• You own the phones - confirming appointments, calling no-shows, converting new leads into booked visits, and following up on overdue patients every week
• You keep the schedule full and tight - reschedule cancellations fast, book midweek injections, and make sure no patient falls through the cracks
• You sell - injection packages, vitamins, shakes, and supplements - by educating patients on what actually moves the needle for their results
• You close the day strong - reconcile payments, count the cash drawer, submit claims, review billing, and make sure tomorrow's schedule is clean
• You ask for Google reviews at the right moments - after milestones, great visits, and patient wins
