Yukon Kids Dental is looking for a warm, organized, and detail-oriented Patient Coordinator to join our friendly pediatric dental team! We believe every child deserves a fun, stress-free dental experience. Our vibrant and welcoming office is designed just for kids and teens—from toddlers to young adults—and we’re proud to provide compassionate, expert care in a space where kids feel safe and supported.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and families with warmth and professionalism
• Coordinate appointments and manage the schedule efficiently
• Communicate clearly with parents regarding treatment plans, insurance, and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate records and ensure patient information is up to date
• Collaborate with the dental team to support a seamless patient experience
• Additional duties as needed such as assisting with laundry, taking out the trash, refilling supplies in restrooms, and any other necessary tasks in our office
  
  

Qualifications

• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Experience in a dental or medical office is a plus (but not required)
• Comfortable with digital scheduling systems and basic computer tasks
• A positive, calm, and friendly demeanor — especially with children
