Job Type: Full-time & Part-time, Mondays & Tuesdays

Description: Smile Station Pediatric Dentistry is seeking a warm, organized, and energetic Patient Coordinator to join our kid-focused dental team. We specialize in creating a safe, comfortable, and positive dental experience for children of all ages.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a distinctive patient experience both in person and over the phone.
  • Answer calls and schedule appointments for new and existing patients.
  • Welcome patients, gather necessary information, and update their records.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming waiting area.
  • Collect payments and update the patient ledger.
  • Confirm upcoming appointments via outbound calls.
  • Assist with office tasks such as laundry, trash, and supply refilling as needed.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service experience
  • Passion for delivering excellent patient experiences
  • Team-oriented and collaborative attitude

Salary: $18.00 - $19.00 hourly
