Rhode Island Children’s Dentistry & Orthodontics is growing, and we’re looking for a warm, organized, and energetic Patient Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our practice. Our offices specialize in pediatric dentistry and orthodontics, and we’re committed to providing the highest quality care in a fun, family-friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and families with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage check-ins and check-outs with accuracy and care
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries
  • Verify insurance benefits and assist with billing questions
  • Maintain organized patient records and assist with office flow
  • Collaborate with our clinical and administrative teams to ensure an exceptional patient experience

Qualifications:

  • Previous dental or medical front office experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced pediatric environment
  • A positive attitude and team-first mindset
